I agree. The artificial legal personhood was recently questioned by Ginsberg (and Sotomeyer)…and related free speech right. Sadly, they are a minority on the court. I have a post on this though I’m sorry I don’t have the link to paste here.

I am from vancouver,canada and i wanted to say that the govs.of canada.usa and europe are enemys of the Honduran people.They don’t want things to change in Honduras.It will be up to the working class in Honduras and around the world to get President Zelaya back in power.All the countries of central and south america needs to be more like Venezuela and Cuba.

Mr. Lovato owes an apology to every Latino and Latina parent who has lost their son due to violence in our cities. Many of these kids are good kids who happened to be mistaken for someone who was in a gang. The heartbreak of mothers who are losing their son’s to violence does not seem to be Mr. Lovato’s concern. Nah he is interested in going after the big bad white man. The rates at which Latinos are being murdered in cities like LA, Chicago, or Houston are at genocidal levels. Mr. Lovato is not interested in addressing this stuff. There is no white man to blame here.

All racism is so sad. When it comes to the U.S. and Mexico, will we permit the situation to generate into racial warfare, or work to find a peaceful way that we can accept each others’ existence and share the New World? There’s so many Mexicans in the U.S. now that trying to separate them into legals and illegals is counterproductive, as is trying to continue to treat Mexico as a separate country. Instead, how about incorporating Mexico into the U.S. as 10+ new states sans the corrupt Mexican federal govt., allowing all 414 million Americans to finally work to solve common problems under the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights? Honduras is being destruyed politically, economically and socially by this De facto government, it is senseless to continue with this circus in which the clown is our real President because everybody arfe playing tricks with him. USA please do something to withdraw this assassin from power, he is insane he do not care about Honduras future. Why are these people so stubborn, I am consterned by the human rights violations we suffer daily and this is dangerous, the people are feeling impatient and some day probably soon, we could be immersed in a neverending turmoil. Nations of the world rescue us before it is too late.

I will like to know what anybody outside Honduras consider as a coup. In my opinion is produced when a President is thrown out of the power by force, against his will, but if you read some newspapers here in Honduras, you could notice that they are assuring that what happened here was a “constitutional succession”. It is senseless considering that in Honduras we do not have any king, probably we have a king kong governing us. That is a little proof of what we are living today: lies and more lies fron Micheletti. Also, on September 15th. (Independence Day) they obligue some students and many statal workers to go the National Stadium, the place where he had presenced the events, in order to cheat the public giving the appearance that the place wasa crowded. We don`t want more lies, we don`t support the Dictator`s rule, and we are more that is for sure.

I am Honduran and I am writing my opinion in English in order to let the foreigns know what happened over here. President Zelaya was not likely a man of war, he is a man of decisions and therefore he decided to change the overwhelming corrupt governmental system established long time ago. We suffer by the presence of a group of businessmen and politicians who only care about their own welfare, being unconscious over the rest of us. They didn`t like what Mr. Zelaya was doing in order to achieve a more fair situation within our country and guess what: they punished him by “cutting” him from power and leaving us in the same situation before 2006: the rich are richer and the poor are poorer. God save us.
